Blockchain Engineer

We are looking for a blockchain wizard who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting a distributed blockchain-based network. Your primary responsibility will be analyzing requirements, designing blockchain technology around a certain business model, and building and launching a blockchain network.

This is an early stage startup, so you will wear multiple hats. You will contribute as software developer, software architecture consultant in addition to blockchain specific roles. This is a great opportunity to learn and move forward in the Web 3 ecosystem which is the future.

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research, design, develop, and test blockchain technologies
2. Brainstorm and help evaluate applications for new tools and technologies as they continually evolve
3. Blockchain technology thought leadership

Other requirements

1. Strong software development background
2. Experience working with large codebases
3. Experience working with open-source projects
4. Proficiency in one of the following languages: C++, Java, JavaScript, Python
5. Strong knowledge of common algorithms and data structures
6. Familiarity with basic cryptography
7. Familiarity with P2P networks
8. Strong knowledge of bitcoin-like blockchains
9. Strong knowledge of concurrency and writing efficient and safe multithreaded code
