Entangle is looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Web3 and GameFi to join our team. This role is essential for driving our growth in the rapidly evolving DeFi and GameFi sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem.


Responsibilities

Support Strategy: Help formulate and implement business development strategies that align with Entangle's goals in the Web3 and GameFi markets.

Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to identify emerging trends, potential partners, and competitive landscapes within the Web3 and GameFi sectors.

Client Acquisition: Identify and engage new clients, presenting tailored solutions that meet their needs while fostering long-term relationships.

Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the blockchain and gaming industries to enhance Entangle's market position.

Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports on performance, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment on business initiatives and client feedback.

Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to represent Entangle, build relationships, and promote our offerings.


Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on the Web3 industry.

- Solid understanding of blockchain and data technical fundamentals

- Wide network of KOLs and influencers in the DeFi space.

- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.

- A robust network within the Web3 or gaming communities.

- Familiarity with product management and marketing strategies related to blockchain applications.

- Located in EMEA or Asia to meet the team's working hours.
