Crypto | Senior Legal Counsel | Zug | Permanent | 100% | Dec. 2021 | CHF 150’000+
Tasks
- Cooperate with the legal department on legal matters across commercial functions
- Draft, review and amend complex legal documents and commercial contracts
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Advise on commercial, corporate and taxation laws
- Supervise legal housekeeping and governance
Requirements
- Swiss Attorney at law
- Resident in Switzerland
- Fluency in German, English and French
- Proven experience in taxation, contract law and commercial law
- Fundamental interest and knowledge in crypto/blockchain (DLT)
- At least 5 years’ of experience in a law firm or as in-house legal counsel
