Web3 Project Manager, Tokens

Amun 21Shares is looking for a Project Manager for our Tokens business with a proven track record of planning, executing, managing, and optimizing launches for multiple audiences in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

The ideal candidate is a master of organization, demonstrates attention to detail, as well as adept at building strategic relationships inside and outside the organization.

This person will work closely with the Head of Tokens to support all aspects of product development, product launch, and ultimately driving the pipeline for the company. Additionally, this person will lead daily project maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various projects.

The right candidate has strong communication and project management skills, familiarity working with marketing and project management tools, and experience working with external partners.

What You Will Do

• Manage the full life cycle of token products from inception to post launch
• Be the glue that binds engineering, product, and marketing.
• Estimate project dates and hold team members accountable.
• Engage with external partners such as market makers, DAOs, and exchanges. Ensure both sides have clear dates, expectations, and are constantly moving forward on given projects.
• Provide best-in-class reporting of operating metrics through dashboards, emails, and messages to the team.
• Manage workload to effectively and consistently communicate plans, programs and results with stakeholders across the organization

About You

• Takes great pleasure in organizing, planning, and aligning teams to timelines.
• 1-3 years of of project management or marketing experience
• Excellent communication skills
