Flashbots is hiring a Web3 Senior DevOps Engineer
Compensation: $55k - $61k estimated

What we're looking for
Flashbots is looking for a talented DevOps engineer capable of running production infrastructure in AWS. This key role will be assist the current development team in monitoring, extending, and hardening the current production and development infrastructure, with a goal on scaling infrastructure while taking work off the development team's plates.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve network architecture for clusters of Ethereum nodes
- Maintain and improve architecture of Flashbots Relay infrastructure
- Assist in deployment of production and staging tools to support Flashbots Data initiatives
- Design, build, and maintain testing infrastructure for multiple Flashbots projects
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience as a problem solver
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep understanding of technology
- Proven record of shipping features on time and on budget
- Flexible and focused on solutions
- Organized and self-sufficient
