Web3 Senior Solidity Engineer

Duties/Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include working with management and other team members to design solutions, implementing smart contract code and associated tests, working with auditors to review potential vulnerabilities, and writing documentation on these systems.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 2+ years of Solidity and Typescript development experience
• Deep understanding of software architecture and programming patterns
• Experience with game theory and incentives systems design
• Native-level English proficiency

Ideal:

• Knowledge of Ethereum staking, especially Rocket Pool
• Experience with Hardhat, ethers.js, and mocha/chai
• Cryptography and network security expertise
• Formal computer science education at a B.S. level or higher

NodeSet is seeking highly experienced software engineers for an early-stage web3 infrastructure project. Candidates should be comfortable working across a variety of environments at the edge of technology where solutions often require direct collaboration up and down the stack with other experts.

This is a full-time, remote role. Travel would be limited to key industry conferences/events as well as team retreats.

Compensation includes cash + equity. We do not currently offer healthcare insurance.
