Sr. Product Manager, RippleNet User interfaces

We are seeking an experienced product manager to define and have end-to-end ownership over Ripple’s user interface strategy and development roadmap. Ripple operates a cross-border payment network called RippleNet, which enables users to efficiently send money across the globe, made possible by the power of cryptocurrency. Every Ripple customer onboards to the network and manages their operations through a user interface, which this individual would have end-to-end responsibility and ownership over.

This individual will write feature specs and work directly with a dedicated full-stack engineering, UX design, and product marketing team for-day-to-day development direction and product execution. The position is part of the Product Management team and is responsible for understanding and communicating customer's needs to engineering based on direct feedback from customer interactions.

The focus of this role will be on improving the overall customer experience of RippleNet, from initial onboarding, to managing one’s RippleNet business, to empowering users to grow on our network.

The individual will interface directly with Engineering, UX Design, and Customers to gather requirements, define specs and execute on roadmap deliverables.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Understand customer needs and prioritize the product backlog accordingly
  • Define your features. Write specs and user stories, test plans, and release checklists Communicate functionality and incorporate feedback
  • Own the product roadmap, communicate product releases to executive, sales, business marketing, and business operation stakeholders


WHAT YOU MIGHT LOOK LIKE:

  • Minimum four years of professional experience with at least two years in product management
  • Experience translating business and customer needs into functional and technical features
  • Comfort in working closely with both design and engineering teams
  • History with working on customer-facing user interfaces
  • Values the details in the work while simultaneously keeping the big-picture view in mind
  • Prior experience at a fast-paced technology company
