This job:

We are looking for a Blockchain Specialist to join our team reporting directly to the Founder/CEO.

• Ideal candidate will help improve Sticky's architecture with regard to integration with blockchain, explore possibilities such as a cryptocurrency version of the sticky-coin.
• The ideal candidate will possess both a business background that enables them to drive engagements and interact at the General Partner level, as well as sufficient technical knowledge that enables them to comfortably and effectively interact with our CTO and software developers.

Key priorities include:

• Actively engage in the global blockchain community.
• Keep the company up to date in the latest technological advances. Analyse the most recent proposals in the market.
• Partner and work closely with other executives to drive priorities and alignment across different teams.
• Translate our business goals/ challenges into technology roadmaps and architecture designs.
• Proactively propose platform and product developments regarding Blockchain technologies, linking them to business and financial insights
• Interact with investors, external parties and members of the media
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Blockchain Specialist.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with technical and non-technical executives, stakeholders and various development and business teams in English.
• Understand not only the technical aspects of many different blockchains but also have a very well-informed view of the current market and different projects.
• Relevant underlying technologies exp such as, Public-key cryptography, Digital signatures and theoretical aspects of different types of databases.
• Experience in building blockchain integrated architecture and coordinating the development roadmap.
• Excellent business and market acumen in the Blockchain space
• Experience with frameworks such as Solidity, Hyperledger, R3 Corda, Bluemix, Rubix

Be interested in digital assets and marketplaces in general.
