• Work alongside the Leadership Team to increase the business operating capabilities and surpass customer retention and company goals.
• Drive performance across the company, particularly at the leadership level to help hold teams accountable for their commitments.
• Develop a deep understanding of the organisation in order to provide in-depth analysis and advice.
• Consistently evaluate priorities and organise information to facilitate decision making for the executive group.

• Experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking Operations or Tech scaleups.
• Ability to work well with executives, lead and influence across multiple levels and functions.
• Comfortable working in time-sensitive and rapidly evolving situations.
• High EQ and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
