Community Builder (Crypto, Web3, NFTs, DeFi)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Community Builder with a strong background in crypto, web3, NFTs, and the DeFi space to join our team. This role will involve outreach to various crypto projects and building a long-term presence on their social media platforms as an ambassador. The main goal is to increase awareness of Cake DeFi, and to drive traffic and sign-ups on our platform.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute community building strategies for various crypto projects
• Establish a strong presence on target project social media platforms as an ambassador
• Create and share valuable content that caters to the interests of each specific community
• Maintain a subtle approach to avoid being flagged as shilling or selling
• Engage with users and assist with any questions or concerns related to our company
• Track and analyze community engagement metrics and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
• Provide feedback and insights to help improve our company's offerings

What you'll need:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in community building, preferably within the crypto and web3 industry
• Strong knowledge of NFTs and in cryptocurrencies
• Proven track record of building and nurturing communities on social media platforms
• Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with relevant tools and analytics platforms
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently
