The Role. We are looking for a Comms and PR Lead who is an excellent communicator in all forms and has significant experience framing and composing a compelling mission and brand narrative. You will be joining a small, talented team and lead efforts that will shape our public perception, drive narrative evolution, and amplify our vision for a future where Grass is integral to the internet's future. Who You Are.

At least 5+ years within early-stage software startups in Communications, Sales, or Marketing roles. You are biased toward action while respecting team-oriented priorities. You are no-ego, adaptable, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented. You are an excellent speaker and writer. You are personable and able to manage expectations across many stakeholders and multiple on-going relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing.

Writing, editing, and verbally communicating complex ideas effectively to a diverse audience through clear and impactful messaging. Developing and framing the company's brand position across various social platforms. Collaborating with founders and marketing lead on growth initiatives.
