vSelf is a Web3 Community-as-a-Service platform that helps brands host and tokenize their communities on Telegram and socials.We focus on gamification tools (quizzes, surveys, and casual mini games) for exciting user quests, improved retention, and first-hand performance analytics. We’re supported by Outlier Ventures and TON Acceleration program.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a CTO/Fractional CTO to drive our technology strategy, with a hands-on, hacker->

Ideal candidates have deep technical expertise in blockchain technology, particularly TON and EVM-compatible systems, and have substantial experience in GameFi or SocialFi. A strong background in leading development teams, combined with a solid understanding of business strategies and market dynamics, is essential.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Profound knowledge of blockchain technology, especially TON and EVM-compatible ones, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps). Stack of the platform: Web app + Telegram bot and mini app (Next.js, Typescript/Tailwind CSS/tRPC, Telegraf), blockchain (TON, NEAR, Arbitrum currently + other EVM chains on the roadmap), decentralised storage, GCP, Firebase, Phaser.
  • Experience in GameFi or SocialFi: Demonstrated experience and solid traction developing and managing projects in this segment, with a profound grasp of gaming economies, tokenomics implementations, and scaling of consumer-facing products.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire development teams, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of efficiency and innovation.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategies, market dynamics, and financial management to support technological solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
