About the Role:
Metaschool is launching a Web3 DevRel fellowship for developers in Ahmedabad, India looking to breaking into web3 as DevRel. Becoming a DevRel requires passion, obsession and relentless giving attitude. You can read more about what makes a DevRel here. But, we want to tell you that you are not alone in this journey. There are thousands of others who want to take the same journey as you and we want to bring them all together.
This is a 3 months program with an opportunity to find full time employment with Metaschool or our partner organizations based on growth, learning and performance!
We are starting this fellowship program to help students and fresh graduates with Developer background to help them break into DevRel.
Working together means transparency, accountability, learning and faster progress.

Who can join this program?
This program is open for anyone looking to break into DevRel but there are some basic fundamental things you need to have to get selected.
- You are passionate about Web3!
- You can code
- You have a spike in at least one of the following:
- Great Communication — you can break down complex concepts into simple words
- Super Connecter — you like to bring people together and help them win
- Relentless Giver, you want to give, support and uplift and find joy in that
- Independent Problem Solver, you can debug, test and solve issues on her own
At least one of the above is good but more than 1 means you are already close to your goal of becoming a DevRel.

There are a few steps you can take to increase your chances of getting a web3 internship
