QUALIFICATIONS
- BS or MS in Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, HCI, or equivalent
- 2+ years relevant industry experience designing applications, experiences, products or services that balance user needs, business objectives and technological constraints
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience withA portfolio that demonstrates end-to-endKnowledge of rapid prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, Zeplin, Axure, and Webflow
- Experience working in a highly technical environment, and a passion for or previous experience in designing for enterprise-scale SaaS or B2B web applications preferred
- Experience planning and conducting quantitative and qualitative user research at all stages ofAbility to plan and run user usability testing based on target goals and groups
- Experience participating in or running design-led workshops to driveNative or near-native English proficiency
- Willingness to travel (typically <20% of time)
