WHAT YOUāLL NEED:Ā Ā
Insurance Experience: 1-2 years of P&C experience; P&C license requiredĀ Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Your ability to actively listen, empathize, and articulate solutions will be key in delivering top-notch service.Ā Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for assisting others and a commitment to putting the customer first are crucial attributes for success in this role.Ā Sales Acumen: An understanding of sales principles and the ability to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products will be advantageous.Ā Eagerness to Learn: While prior experience in insurance is beneficial, a willingness to learn and grow within the industry is equally valuable.
