Customer Engagement: Interact with customers through various channels (email, phone, chat) to offer comprehensive support and guidance.   Personalized Assistance: Become a trusted advisor by understanding each customer's unique needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions. Your ability to empathize and offer personalized advice will empower customers to make informed decisions.Ā  Sales and Renewal Support: Recognize opportunities to promote additional insurance products or policy upgrades based on customers' needs. Make recommendations to help customers navigate their policy renewal as seamlessly as possible by re-shopping their policy in our marketplace.Ā  Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional and external teams, including sales, underwriters, quoting specialists, and more, to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.Ā  Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:Ā Ā 

Insurance Experience: 1-2 years of P&C experience; P&C license requiredĀ  Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Your ability to actively listen, empathize, and articulate solutions will be key in delivering top-notch service.Ā  Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for assisting others and a commitment to putting the customer first are crucial attributes for success in this role.Ā  Sales Acumen: An understanding of sales principles and the ability to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products will be advantageous.Ā  Eagerness to Learn: While prior experience in insurance is beneficial, a willingness to learn and grow within the industry is equally valuable. A Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
