Web3 Recruiting Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced startup, where people come first. We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator / Junior Recruiter to help grow our team. The ideal candidate is resourceful and makes intentional decisions when crafting the candidate pipeline and experience, and also is deliberate about building a diverse team.

You will:

• Assist with job posting, candidate reviews, sourcing and other logistics in a high volume, fast paced work environment
• Process offer letters and other new hire documentation
• Partner with Recruiters, hiring leaders, interviewers to help deliver an organized and engaging candidate experience
• Manage the candidate throughout the hiring process and continuously improve the candidate experience

You have:

• A passion for people, your role, and Valors's mission
• 2+ years of recruiting coordinator experience
• Foundational knowledge of Recruiting processes and procedures
• Develop Recruiting transactional processes, including candidate sourcing, background checks, interview scheduling, reporting and tracking
• Experienced with Greenhouse and LinkedIn
• Bonus if you have crypto / blockchain industry
