Looking to increase global marketing output and performance, and bring more users online via marketing campaigns. Strengthen engagement with existing users and expending global user sign-ups.

What you will be doing

    • Marketing strategy and planning: design a marketing strategy and operational plan for each product across all relevant channels based on a deep understanding of the business, product,and relevant marketing strategies
    • Execution of marketing plan: own the execution of all marketing activities, including adjusting the plan as required, hands-on execution and working with internal and external teams
    • Design and executive online/offline campaigns that generate interest from potential users
    • Analyse use and campaign data to improve user acquisition and user experience
    • Run online digital marketing campaigns to engage large user groups
    • Take the initiative and be action-oriented. A global start-up in a rapidly-evolving space
    • Collaborate with PR, Brand teams to ensure the best user experience when working with gate.io products

What we are looking for

    • 2+ years of experience in leading crypto exchanges or web3 industry, ideally in digital marketing functions
    • Global experience with customers from all over the world
    • Hands-on experiences with digital marketing campaigns for user growth and retention
    • Experience working with digital media, EDM, affiliate and content marketing
    • Knowledge of marketing tools, customer journey management
