Solana Blockchain Backend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop services that serve the data needed to power our Solana products in an efficient manner
• Design and develop testing strategies that allow us to iterate fast
• Capture performance metrics and take data driven decisions

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in Software Engineering
• Good understanding of Python
• Good understanding of Linux and shell utilities
• Working knowledge of Solana smart contracts and Solana ecosystem in general
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge

Nice to Have

• Expertise in concurrent programming
• Rich experience in Django or FastAPI
• Working knowledge of containers and Docker
• Working knowledge on blockchain core primitives which covers distributed systems, fault tolerance, security, cryptography, networking
• Familiarity with finance, especially DeFi
• Contributions to widely adopted open source projects
