Hivemind is looking for a highly ambitious and results-driven leader who will oversee capital formation, investor relations, business development, and firm-wide marketing efforts in a high-impact role. As theāÆHead of Capital FormationāÆand Business Development, you will own the fundraising strategy, including the fund and firm-level positioning as well as all relevant marketing resources, to drive capital to our many investment vehicles. You will ensure strong conviction and confidence in the firm by clearly and frequently communicating with new and existing investors. Compensation:āÆThe expected base salary for this New York based position ranges from $175,000.00 - $225,000.00. The actual base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, relevant certifications, skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary and the competitive benefits package listed above, this position is eligible for additional types of compensation, including target-based incentives.
