We are looking for Software Engineers from a variety of technical backgrounds with a proven track record in building scalable, reliable and performant systems. You will play a critical role in building financial and crypto-native products, services and APIs. As a Senior Back-End Engineer you should lead by example - driving the technical discussions, influencing the approach and making a positive impact on the team's development by advocating the best engineering practices.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Kotlin & Java
• Build and optimize APIs for seamless integration with front-end and third-party systems.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases to manage and process large-scale data efficiently.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment and testing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality, and user-centric solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work closely with design and product teams to ensure seamless integration of user-facing and server-side features.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, API design, and database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Understanding of system design principles and scalable architectures
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to code quality.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of blockchain technologies or financial systems.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies like React
