The Role & What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled full stack developer with a heavy emphasis on backend development who will demonstrate sound technical skills, has rich experience with Python and Golang, and develop into the existing code base. We are looking for an engineer who is eager to learn and dive into a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment. The engineer will be reporting directly to the CTO and working in close collaboration with the existing dev team. The dev should be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of languages and databases as outlined below.

Developer will be utilizing several languages and databases such as:

• AWS (VPC, EC2, RDS, S3, Glacier, CloudTrail, Route 53)

• Github Actions
• Redux middleware
• MySQL
• PostgreSQL
• RedPanda or Kafka

Must Have Qualification

• Proven 5+ years of industry experience in backend development
• Experience with end to end full-stack mobile, web, and QA testing
• Strong command of SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Experience leading a team and mentoring junior developers
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Manage time efficiently and is highly collaborative
• Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
• Preferred: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
