With the goal of continuing to provide 24/7 support to our users, this is an essential role. You will be trained from the ground up by our operations team and will be speaking to users in no time. Your day as a member of our team will involve responding to user issues, solving them and escalating problems internally when required.
Join us and build automated cryptocurrency services that don't suck.
// THE ROLE
- Be the go-to support contact whenever a user faces an issue, working within Intercom and our internal dashboard.
- Working closely with our existing operations team and engineers, escalating issues when necessary.
- This role will initially be part-time but may evolve to full-time as we grow.
// YOU
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Not afraid of data. You will find yourself digging through blockchain explorers to confirm details.
- Preferably residing in European or Western hemisphere time zones.
- Able to join team meetings in EU/Asia time zones (but we try to avoid meetings as much as possible).
- Available to work some weekends.
