Position Overview

Are you a passionate and experienced Smart Contract Developer ready to shape the future of liquid staking? Join us at TruFin Labs, where your expertise in Solidity, Rust, and various blockchain technologies will drive the development of great solutions across many blockchains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and troubleshoot smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, and optionally Move.
• Ensure the security and efficiency of smart contracts, optimizing for performance and gas efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Maintain detailed documentation of smart contract development processes and protocols.
  
  

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years focused on smart contract development.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Proficiency in Solidity and Rust.
• Experience with non-EVM blockchain development and deploying smart contracts across multiple blockchains.
• Knowledge of front-end and back-end development (Python, React, AWS) to assist with blockchain integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with various blockchain platforms and languages.
• Familiarity with security best practices in smart contract development.
• Keen interest in decentralised finance protocols and technologies.
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
