Hiring Type: Full-Time
Base Salary: $110K-$125K Per Annum.
Initial role expectations:
- Support team as a technical expert
- Review product concept, architecture, and prototype
- Provide inputs to technical presentations
- Develop full-stack application towards launch day
- Technical Inputs: Help team answer fundamentals of technology blocks to be used, choice of platform/technology, and visualize product with available resources
- Help build, manage, and validate a Tech Roadmap for Products. Develop an engineering roadmap to achieve development as the product evolves based on market validation and successfully adapt the product
- Architecture Practices: Ensure coding quality and best practices are defined and followed
- Methodology: Over time build a progressive learning culture and establish a predictable model of envisioning, designing, and developing products.
- Connecting Business Requirements with Engineering: Understand business opportunities that Tech Product could create and bring to bear that perspective
- Empathize appropriately with the audience and bring Insights to build a pragmatic approach that translates into a better cost-benefit analysis.
- Product Innovation through research and continuous improvement.
- Develop a framework for building internal technical capability to ensure the product continues to evolve to meet market, customer, and regulatory requirements going forward.
- Fluency in / good understanding of solidity, Rust, Python, Solidity, React, ReactJS, MongoDB, and relevant technologies.
- Role to be remote or person preferably based in the US
- Can be part-time for the first 1-3 months, up to 20 hours per week, and full-time afterward
- Individuals should be open to joining as founding/senior team members and take ownership
