RECUR is a technology company that designs & develops dedicated branded experiences that allow fans to buy, collect, and re-sell digital products and collectibles (NFTs). RECUR is the only blockchain-agnostic NFT platform ultimately giving its brand partners the widest range of distribution and their fan bases the widest range of utility. RECUR also co-authored the recurring royalty standard for NFTs, allowing for creators, artists, athletes, and brands to participate in the secondary sales of their assets in perpetuity.

RECUR is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its Community team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team by unlocking operational excellence at scale. This individual will enable us to operate efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate turns chaos into structure using expert organizational skills, documentation, reporting, and more.

What you will do at RECUR

• Document standardized processes and playbooks to make everything we do repeatable
• Track our projects and report out on progress towards them
• Manage the logistics of online (and sometimes IRL) community events to ensure they run smoothly operationally
• Coordinate contests and giveaways by writing guidelines, liaising with winners to deliver prizes, and more
• Schedule new hire onboarding
• Maintain team documentation
• Maintain a database of community partnerships and collaborations
• Aggregate feedback and coordinate community sentiment reporting
• Pull reporting on Discord and social metrics
• Research new tools we should consider adopting
• Support ad hoc projects for the VP and Senior Manager of Community to ensure seamless execution

What you will bring to RECUR

• 6+ months of experience as a project coordinator, executive assistant, or similar
• Deep passion for and up-to-date knowledge of the Web3 and NFT industry
• Extremely strong organizational and project management skills
• Superb attention to detail
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Operational efficiency
• Startup mentality, flexibility, and willingness to pivot with little notice
• Eagerness to lend a helping hand and jump into new projects
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Experience with Monday.com and/or Confluence preferred but not necessary
