About Us
theKOLLAB is a premier Web3 KOL Marketing Agency, bridging the gap between cutting-edge Web3 projects and high-performing influencers. With over 250+ KOLs in our network and $2M+ raised across 100+ campaigns, we’re on a mission to scale the next generation of Web3 growth through strategic marketing.
We’re proud to be backed by Coin Bureau, one of the most trusted and recognized names in the crypto media space.
The Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who isn’t just active in the Web3 space — you live in it. You're the type who already knows the people we want to work with. You’ve got the network, the charisma, and the track record to prove it.
Your core responsibility will be driving new client acquisition through both warm relationships and cold outreach. You’ll act as the first touchpoint for potential partners, identifying opportunities, pitching theKOLLAB’s services, and closing deals with high-growth projects.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and close new business with projects, brands, and partners
- Leverage existing industry relationships to identify and engage decision-makers
- Conduct high-level outreach (DMs, calls, in-person where possible) that builds genuine rapport
- Represent theKOLLAB in online and offline social circles, including X, Telegram, Discord, and events
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations
- Report on outreach KPIs, deal flow status, and new business performance
Requirements
- Deep Web3 network: Actively connected with decision-makers, founders, and investors
- Presence in key social circles: X, Discord, Telegram, or events — you’re part of the culture
- Charisma & fluency in Web3 topics: You can hold your own in any web3-related conversation
- Proven deal-closer: You’ve previously brought in major clients or revenue to a Web3-native company or agency
- Self-starter: You don’t wait for instructions. You spot the opportunity and take action
- Highly organized: You keep pipelines clean, follow-ups timely, and details tight
- Comfortable in a fully remote, async work environment
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working with a KOL agency or marketing firm
- Background in performance-based or referral-driven partnerships
- Comfortable negotiating contracts and closing multi-figure retainers
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms
Why theKOLLAB
- Work with top-tier KOLs and innovative Web3 clients
- Backed by Coin Bureau — gain credibility and access from day one
- High-impact role with autonomy and upside
- Competitive bonus scheme
- Flexible hours and remote-first culture
- Direct access to leadership with fast decision-making
- Opportunity to shape the agency’s growth direction
