Tasks
- Respond to technical support requests from clients and partners. The role is hands-off.
- Assist with bug fixes and develop new features.
- Define effective troubleshooting processes.
- Create and update helpful documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in technical support or software engineering.
- Proficiency in Rust and AWS.
