OpenSea is looking for a Senior Counsel, M&A to join its growing legal team.  This role will be a key part of the Corporate Legal team and partner with the Corporate Development team and other internal stakeholders to support complex corporate transactions, including M&A and strategic investments.  The role will also support M&A integration efforts.
