As a member of the corporate recruiting team and broader people team, you will lead recruitment efforts across compliance, brokerage, customer experience, sales, and legal. You will be responsible for identifying uniquely accomplished individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company. You will also be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to build strategies and initiatives to engage and build relationships within the broader financial services communities. Throughout the entire process, you will also contribute and advise internal partners on how to best refine and scale an admirable and global candidate and interview experience.
