Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to identify, prioritize, and pursue partnerships and opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of strategic partnerships, including blockchain platforms, DeFi protocols, exchanges, and ecosystem partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product, marketing, and legal) to negotiate and structure partnership agreements that drive mutual value and support Company's growth objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups to establish thought leadership and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the Web3 landscape.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including blockchain projects, industry influencers, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Track and analyze key business development metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of partnerships and initiatives, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, partnership management, or strategic alliances within the technology, fintech, or blockchain sectors, with a focus on Web3 initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications (dApps), DeFi protocols, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success in closing partnerships and driving revenue growth through strategic alliances.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data-driven insights to inform business decisions and strategy.
  • Experience working in startup environments or high-growth companies within the blockchain or crypto industry is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English;
