Job Spec: Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will play an integral role in shaping the concept and execution of NFT projects that are created by Palm NFT Studio. You’d be an integral part of a tight-knit Business Development team that is growing the scope of Palm NFT Studio beyond current fan experiences. If you are a strong relationship builder, creative commercial mind, and have a passion for NFTs and blockchain, we’d love to meet you. The Account Manager will be a part of the Business Development Team, and report to the VP of Partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing the fast growing NFT ecosystem and applying use cases to some of the World’s largest enterprises.
  • Outreach to these divisions or large Enterprises, articulating the value of our ecosystem and the benefits of working with Palm.
  • Expanding relationships and projects (commercially) and supporting any technical integration and project teams.
  • Tracking project progress, managing large complex roadmaps and reporting back progress to Senior Management (both internally and within the client).
  • Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with clients and formulating opportunities for joint marketing initiatives
  • You’ll be highly cross-functional, interfacing directly with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to thoughtfully grow our NFT activities.

Required skills

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in client or partner management, including experience in managing some of the largest companies in the world.
  • Excellent ability to navigate large enterprises, both in person and virtually.
  • An ability to produce concepts from scratch and enhance ideas provided by others.
  • Experience in delivering tough messages to clients and navigating times of pressure and tension in projects.
  • An ability to adapt quickly and collaborate across a variety of teams, including Product & Tech, Content and Marketing.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities, workstreams, and stakeholders.
