What You’ll Do
- You’ll be the sole designer in the team
- Work in a product in DeFi, an exciting and fast-paced industry
- Find solutions to nuanced and complex user experience problems
- Own the creative process from ideation to final deliverable
- Test designs and conduct interviews with users
- Understand best practices for carrying out UX research & discovery
- Develop low fidelity mockups to design and validate solutions
- Bring your designs to life in their best form
- Work closely with team members to perform rapid prototype iterations
- Work 100% remotely with flexible hours
What You Need
- English proficiency
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
- A portfolio of relevant work, specifically UI/UX and interaction design
- Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve
- Expert-level knowledge of Sketch, Figma, or equivalent platforms.
- Problem solving skills (ability to break down sophisticated problems and apply analytical thinking with detailed execution)
