• Own SEO & ASO strategy & planning
• Own the SEO & ASO budget
• Own the search tool stack
• Work with & source external parties in order to drive search performance
• Lead a team of search specialists
• Hire top talent for the org

What Makes You Stand Out:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Marketing with strong focus on Search Engine Optimization & App Store Optimization
• Expert understanding of the search engine industry and SEO best practices
• A builder. You're biased toward action, a great collaborator and master simplifier. You never stop pushing towards clarity and delivery
• Highly responsive and proactive professional with ability to lead a team
• Great knowledge of the crypto market
