Access is an early stage protocol powering a new method of content monetization through staking. To date, Access has 90+ creators on platform including CoinGecko, The Block, CryptoSlate, and other independents, along with 200k+ unique subscribers.

You will be the key driver energizing our next stage of growth, bringing Access to thousands of creators and millions of subscribers.

Your day to day:

  • Outbound to creators spanning from publications, independent researchers, NFT artists and beyond.
  • Establish partnerships with relevant ecosystem players to expand the visibility of Access
  • Lead efforts to horizontally integrate Access into new platforms and services
  • Onboard web2 platforms and companies into the Access ecosystem
  • Have conversations with existing Access creators, documenting feedback to optimize products, services, and protocol
  • Establish and streamline sales processes (HubSpot, Apollo, etc)
  • Opportunity to lead new social initiatives on Access related accounts
  • Represent Access at local and international events & conferences

Requirements:

First job full time job in crypto? No problem!

  • 1-4 years of experience in sales or growth roles. 1 year of crypto experience is a must
  • Meticulous organization with the ability to operate and thrive independently
  • Demonstrated passion for crypto and the creator economy
  • 'Figure it out' mentality - you are resourceful and diligent in your approach to solving day to day challenges
  • Outside the box thinker - you have a knack for thinking of creative ways to bootstrap growth
  • Social Presence - a demonstable presence on twitter. You don't need thousands of followers, but activity is a must!

Nice to haves

  • Experience working in sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, etc
  • Experience in media with a network of web2 relationships
