What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a part-time Visual Designer to support our marketing and operations teams with graphic design, brand design, and some UI/UX design.

To be an ideal candidate, you should be an excellent Visual Designer with a strong portfolio of both graphic and UI/UX work. You should be able to receive a brief, ask the right questions to ensure you understand it, and deliver with minimal supervision. Experience designing for a blockchain-based project or other tech brand is a major plus.

What You Will Do

• Graphics for social media, blog posts, and newsletters
• Icon and logo design
• Basic animated visuals
• UI/UX design for our website and applications

Essential Requirements

• 3+ years of experience at an agency or on an in-house design team
• 1 year of experience designing for the crypto, blockchain, or tech industry
• Strong portfolio of work
• Commercial UI/UX design experience
• Self-driven with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
• Fluent English communicator
• Passionate and up-to-date on the rapidly changing world of blockchain technology
• Values aligned with the Energi culture and values

Nice to Have

• Experience working internally for a crypto organization
• An understanding of the design standards and trends in the crypto space
• A bachelor degree or higher in Graphic or UI/UX Design
• Experience working for a remote team or organization
