About the Role:

Amun 21Shares is eager to hire a Marketing Manager to help fuel growth, shape the voice, expand the market/demand, and further define the go-to-market strategy for our product offerings in the US.

This role will be a key member of the marketing team, helping to enhance 21Shares’ profile while also building the essential processes and infrastructure for a growing Marketing organization

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Contribute to and execute marketing strategy across our products and services
  • Strong support for all sales activities
  • Creative approach to lead generation and brand positioning
  • Create content both traditionally (pitchbook, factsheets, etc.) as well as digitally (web, social, email, video, etc)
  • Help manage events and sponsorships
  • Help in all aspects of product launches
  • Build and define infrastructure and processes for the Marketing organization
  • Work with Data and Digital teams on defining analytics and KPIs for Marketing
  • Analyze client interaction with our brand, website and marketing collateral, provide analysis on ways to enhance and use this data
  • Close collaboration with the design team to ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)

What You Will Need to Be Great In This Role:

  • Minimum 5-7 years work experience as a marketing manager, preferably within the ETF/ETP or crypto industry in small or large organizations
  • Understanding of the US institutional and advisor investor bases
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience with CRM software HubSpot and web analytics tools preferable
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and project management skills
  • Analytical and creative
  • Keen attention to detail
  • A strong desire to be part of a team, to learn and improve his/her skills
