The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Product to continue to build and define the product strategy and roadmap for QuickNode’s current and future products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Web3 and blockchain technologies, a proven track record of leading product teams, and a passion for creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers. This role will be responsible for defining and executing our product strategy, building and leading a high-performing product team, and driving our go-to-market initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with QuickNode's mission and market opportunities and drive the development of a product roadmap that supports our growth and expansion goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends using customer insights to guide product decisions and prioritize features/enhancements that provide maximum value to our users.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches by developing go-to-market plans including pricing, positioning, and messaging strategies.Grow and manage a first-in-class product management team by setting KPIs, goals, and holding accountability to execution
• Work cross-functionally with the executive team in setting a vision for QuickNode and its future products
• Making informed trade-off decisions to strike the right balance between quality, cost, and timelines
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance QuickNode's product offerings and market presence.
• Build and maintain a strong community presence in the Web3 and blockchain space.
• Engage with developers, customers, and industry stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for new product development and expansion into adjacent markets.
• Measure performance through established critical metrics and deliver agreed upon business, technology, and people results

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in building consumer products in world-class tech companies
• Strong preference for experience launching, innovating or driving the growth of platforms
• Deep knowledge of blockchain and Web3 technologies, with a strong understanding of the decentralized ecosystem
• Track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a technology-driven environment.
• Community engagement and industry thought leadership in the blockchain space
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
