Product Manager Web3 Jobs in North America

This position is more technical in nature than a traditional PM role. Past experience in APIs, technical documentation, analytics, and data focused products is required.

We are a fast growing company in the crypto payments/embedded finance space. We are seeking a Director of Product for our platform, which consists of both no-code applications and API libraries for crypto, banking, and cards.

The prototypical candidate will be someone currently working as a Senior Product Manager or Product Lead in a fintech company (preferably in a Web3 vertical). You will be working under the VP of Product at Chainswipe.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Senior, Mid-Level, and Entry-Level Technical PMs
• Own the Chainswipe from product ideation to ongoing maintenance
• Write product requirements for APIs, business logic, data analytics
• Become a product expert on the Chainswipe platform
• Speak with current and prospective clients about their product needs
• Work with product designers and engineers on no-code white label applications
• Interface with external vendors and internal biz dev, partnership, and technical teams
• Perform competitive analysis on financial applications

Requirements:

• B.S. or M.S. in Economics, Business, CS, Engineering or equivalent experience
• 10+ years experience in a technical product focused role at a technology company
• Ability to perform product functions such as requirements gathering, product research, wireframes, competitive analysis, user research
• Ability to work with business analysts, scrum leaders, engineers, data scientists, and the Head of Product to build products
• Experience with Atlassian suite of products such as JIRA a plus

• Very strong plus if you have a background or strong interest in one of our product areas (cards, banking, payments, personal finance, brokerage)
