We’re looking for a full-time Corporate IT to join our engineering team to foster an effective and efficient development of office hardware and software management systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will need to be able to have:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network-related problems in Pintu Office.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
• Document technical issues and solutions to ensure knowledge transfer.
• Maintain accurate records within a ticketing system.
• Assist with user training on new technologies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and best practices.
• Provide support for any office projects and events.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• A strong understanding of computer hardware and software, including but not limited to common operating systems (Windows, macOS), Fortinet, H3C, Unifi, Aruba, SAML, LDAP, MDM, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users of varying technical abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Strong commitment to customer service and user satisfaction.
• Able to adapt and learn new technologies.
