About the Opportunity

- Design and implement global growth strategies for the P2P business
- Objectively determine the ROI and generate reports to showcase the user acquisition performance by various channels
- Test and optimize marketing tactics for user acquisition and conversion rate optimization
- Proactively recommend and implement new approaches to identify areas for P2P business growth
- Analysis of all campaigns, including daily tracking of performance and budget management
- Support regional P2P BD teams with regional marketing campaigns from ideation to final analysis and refinement
- Creating valuable and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels to increase user education and product awareness globally
- Constant collaboration with cross-functional teams
What We Look For In You:
- 4-6 years experience preferably in tech or fintech industry focusing on campaigns, branding, PR, media planning and social
- Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to understand complex data & transform insights into ideas
- Good experience in strategy planning, campaign planning, execution, performance marketing, affiliate marketing and loyalty programs
- Strong interest and knowledge in crypto/blockchain/technology
- Positive attitude, great interpersonal and communication skills, strong logical thinking and result-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English is a must
