Elixir Games is the leading Distribution Platform of web3 games. We have initiated an aggressive expansion plan and will be allocating significant capital to it as part of our strategy to consolidate our leadership during the next two years.

We seek an experienced Business Developer who can expand our current portfolio of content, manage partnerships with games and with other players in the ecosystem as guilds, DAOs and teams

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Integrate new selected games into Elixir Platform
• Manage the screening and selection process, conduct security procedure and quality assessment
• Guide and support selected games in their onboarding to the Developer Dashboard
• Advise clients about the types of contents to add to their space
• Create written and video documentation, tutorials and guidelines to help improve the onboarding process
• Provide technical and marketing support to client studios and publishers regarding functionality of Elixir for distribution and marketing events
• Support business development team in the identification and curation of games candidates

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in the gaming industry, and least 2 years in web3
• Experience and great ability for customer support tasks and tools
• Experience in handling advanced software systems and digital assets
• Experience learning quickly about new technologies and distill information into actionable insights for internal stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines simultaneously
• You are driven and results-oriented, but humble and self-aware.
• You are passionate about web3 gaming and know what’s happening in the space. You have a solid crypto professional network (protocols, liquidity providers etc.)

This job is remote and the candidate would preferably be based in EU timezone.
