Shape the future of NFTs at a pioneering art-tech blockchain startup Verisart is an NFT minting and certification platform serving artists and creators since 2015. We pioneered a patented standard for blockchain certification and partnered with SuperRare to launch genesis NFTs for well-known artists and creators. We’ve certified over 50,000 artworks by nearly 20,000 artists. We’re expanding our services for NFT creators and collectors.

The role As Quality Assurance Lead at Verisart, you will be an integral part of an ambitious, high-performing product team. You will support and advocate for customers and instill a defensive mindset to ensure we deliver quality products and services. This role offers tremendous scope to influence the direction of our products on the web, Shopify and multiple blockchains. You will be a full partner alongside engineers, designers and product managers. The role has three main areas of responsibility:

Quality Assurance - Taking ownership of the quality of our portfolio of SaaS products on the web, Shopify and blockchain (Ethereum, Polygon, Flow) - Acting as a Customer Champion: Understanding our customers' and proactively looking for issues to pre-empt customer problems - Instilling a defensive mindset in the product team - Establishing new processes to promote quality, while balancing the need for efficient, continuous delivery

Manual testing - Ability to write concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases - Perform manual testing for cases where appropriate when automated testing is not possible or feasible - Communicating with the product team to understand what manual or automated tests are required - Perform regular regression tests

Automated testing - You will help maintain existing automated tests in Cypress and Postman - If you're able to write new automated tests yourself, then you will augment our suite of end-to-end tests - You'll also help manage the release process

This is a hands-on, tactical role to start, but as we prepare for Series A in the next few months, there is the potential to grow the scope of this role to a QA Lead with responsibility for a small team.

Prioritizing UK-based candidates This role has a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role. We are prioritizing candidates already in the UK and within traveling distance to our office in Mayfair, London.
