As a technologist and leader, the Lead Engineer will serve dual functions: a) be the lead and tip-of-the-spear builder on new Web3 products we’re looking to build/integrate, b) help to hire and lead a small but mighty engineering team that will accelerate our path to building
What you'll need
â—Ź 10+ years of software engineering experience
â—Ź Experience as an entrepreneur, or at an early stage startup
â—Ź Experience building crypto products, Dapps or protocols
â—Ź Experience leading/managing a team (5 or more engineers)
â—Ź 3 years of proven engineering multi-level leadership experience.
â—Ź Exceptional experience in programming languages like Go, Java, Node, Python etc.
â—Ź Deep understanding of APIs and data sources like RDS, NoSQL, Elastic Search, Redis etc.
â—Ź Experience working with services provided by AWS and container based deployments using Kubernetes, Docker and Terraform.
â—Ź Living in NYC metro area is preferred for Office access (Hybrid position)
