We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated Blockchain Product Owner to join our development team. We value experience in boosting proposals, leading the product vision, and implementing the process and mechanisms toward successful delivery.

You’ll define and implement technical product strategy while remaining agile to client/market feedback in the short term and steering your team and resources accordingly.

It is of higher importance for us to find someone who is just bursting with talent, demonstrates a product and customer-oriented mindset and has proven knowledge and skills in agile ways of working.

Responsibilities include

• Work in close collaboration with the CTO, Project Manager, Architects and development team
• Act as interface between client and development team
• Manage requirements in close cooperation with the clients and blockchain architects
• Ensure that backlog items are well defined and prioritized in regard to the product strategy
• Prioritize the product backlog, prepare and plan development goals following agile product development process
• Support development teams in scoping and estimating efforts of planned features
• Coordinate dependencies with other product owners
• Be the host of review meetings and present the results at the end of a sprint in cooperation with the development team

We expect you to have the following skills and experience

• IT and Blockchain background
• Fluent in English
• Experience on DeFi
• 3+ years of experience working as a product owner
• Good knowledge of agile practices and frameworks (scrum)
• You have successfully completed a university degree or comparable education in computer science, or a comparable scientific subject (desirable)
