Position Summary:

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our BD & Partnerships team. This role is critical in managing, nurturing, and expanding our relationships with key accounts post-sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong account management background and be adept at understanding and addressing the needs of clients, liaising with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Maintain and develop relationships with key partners (e.g., DeFi protocols, infrastructure providers, etc.), ensuring their success, satisfaction, and growth with Scroll.
  • Partner Support: Provide after-sales support to key accounts, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with the support and technical teams.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement of our offerings.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key account performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Cross-Functional: Work across BD, Comms, DevRel, Product and other teams at Scroll to deliver our full suite of support for partners.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Develop a strong understanding of Scroll’s value proposition to identify new opportunities for partners and synergies between projects within Scroll’s ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year web3 related experience.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience using CRM / Sales software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience working at a protocol within the Ethereum ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of the Ethereum and L2 landscape as well as other relevant verticals (DeFi, Gaming, etc.)
