Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute Angel activities, such as Angel monthly calls, online team buildings, webinars, and workshops
• Propose improvement plans on the Angel Program and related processes. 
• Grow the Angel community by helping with new Angel hiring
• Increase brand awareness of the Binance Angel Program in fun, creative, and informative ways
• Support Angel escalations and provide community feedback to internal teams
• Maintain the Angel database and Angel Program related resources
• Manage Angel Program administration, including but not limited to reimbursements, swag distributions, and travel booking
• Explore ways to better engage with the Angels and make sure that their questions and needs are properly addressed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing volunteer programs and/or community programs (ideally a crypto community program)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Project management and administration experience is advantageous
• Have a solid understanding of the Binance ecosystem and the general crypto market
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Native-level or fluent English
• International background and the ability to speak other languages are advantageous
