Your Mission:

As a Procurement Intern, you will be an integral part of our procurement team, offering vital support while gaining hands-on experience in contract management and procurement processes. • Acquire a foundational understanding of procurement processes, focusing on the significance and structure of contracts.
• Assist in the analysis and evaluation of supplier proposals, ensuring alignment with company requirements and standards.
• Engage in the preparation and modification of purchase orders, maintaining accuracy and adherence to organisational policies.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs, contributing to effective and efficient sourcing strategies.
• Support the team in maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring communication is clear, professional, and proactive.

Who you are:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of contract law and procurement principles.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communicator, confident in expressing ideas and able to articulate complex concepts.
• Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous.
