Cooley LLP is recruiting 2L summer associates for the 2025 summer program to join the General Corporate practice in our Miami office. Candidates who are interested in Miami would participate in the 2025 summer program in our New York office. During the summer program, they will work closely with the lawyers who are helping to build our Miami presence. At the conclusion of the summer program, those summer associates will be eligible for entry level offers to join the Miami office in 2026.

Cooley’s new Miami office supports the needs of fast-growing, innovative companies and their investors as they raise capital, navigate regulatory or compliance challenges, access global capital markets, or continue their success as a public company. Several of our key tech and venture capital clients are based in Miami, and this proximity enables us to deepen our relationships with them while exploring new business opportunities. The office has become a hub for Cooley’s work with clients in the crypto/web3 sector.

The expected salary for this position is based on an annualized rate of pay of $225,000.
