A bit about the role:
As part of the Business Development team at Carv, you will have the opportunity to drive our future growth engine by building relationships with the largest game developers, publishers, platforms, and blockchains in the world and helping them understand the value of the Carv Protocol and Carv Platform for their business around the globe.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Develop precise and well constructed growth strategies and development plans to ensure continuous growth of Carv
- Source, qualify, and close partnerships with crypto-native and non-crypto projects in the gaming ecosystem that are relevant to Carv's growth, mission and vision
- Develop and maintain relationships with partnered projects
- Present AMAs, webinars and video interviews to become the 'face' of Carv
- Work cross-functionally with the internal teams (Operations, Product & Design, Engineering) to deliver value to partnered projects
We would love you to have:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Gaming industry experience in Corp Dev, BD/Partnerships, Strategy roles OR previous sales role selling to decision-makers across top 50 global game publishers. A ready pipeline of customers looking to embrace the jump to web3 a strong plus
- Passionate about blockchain technology and gaming. Previous work in blockchain space a strong plus
- Committed self-starter with high levels of initiative and ownership with ability to operate in a highly ambiguous, from 0-1 environment
· Ability to take accountability for achieving metrics
- Impeccable English skills (fluent or native)
