Role: UI/UX Designer

Location: Madrid or EU remote

Type of Employment: Full-time

Salary: £35-40k + equity

What will be your day to day?

• Define product functionalities.
• Design information architecture, flows, wireframes and prototypes (Desktop and mobile)
• Analyze customer metrics and funnels.
• Continuous search for better designs and usability to add differential value to the user experience.
• You will be in constant alignment with the Product and Development team.

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of experience in the design of digital products.
• English: the project is international, you will work with people from all over the world, so a good level of English is required.
• Desirable experience or knowledge in NFTs, blockchain and web3.
• Demonstrable ability in UX and UI design (essential portfolio of work)
• Experience defining information architectures, flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Solves tasks, identifies problems and proposes solutions with analytical thinking
• Knowledge of UI tools like Figma or Sketch or Photoshop
• UX experience (research, definition of solutions, user flows, experimentation)
• Proactive person, with the ability to solve problems.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
